Ever since Trump became our president, things have gotten hectic. Celebrities calling him out, riots breaking out, and even the traveling ban made by him. This ban was made for good intentions for stopping the terrorists, but this ban was from stopping Iraq, Syria, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen from entering the U.S. However, if your a international student like Abhishek Goyal who was born in India, and has darker skin, then you're most likely going to be banned from America.
Goyal is a international student who is studying in New York University, and loves studying abroad. He also loves how in America, they have allowed international students into the country. However, he and his friends,(who are also studying abroad) are worried that when they might try to return home, they might be prosecuted. Or they could be killed. But these people aren't the terrorists, they just want to have the American experience. But what kind of experience are they getting if they can't even enter or leave the country? Message are we sending to other countries? Sure people hate Trump. Sure people wanted Hillary. But wouldn't she be doing things that made some people mad? I know for a fact though, she would definitely let anyone into the country no matter who they where. Trump's ban is doing something good, but out of that good came bad. It shows that Trump is stereo-typing anyone who is a part of that country, a terrorist. Thank the Lord that the people who do have that darker skin, and are American citizens are out of the clear. Let's go back to 9/11 shall we? Many believe that when we went to war with the Islamic countries, some feel there was no justice. George W. Bush barely did anything, and Barrack Obama just let bombings here in America happen. It's no mystery that Donald Trump wants to silence those countries, I actually understand why he banned these countries. But do I agree? Hell No! No one should look at someone and say, "I hate you! Therefore your family is banned from my house!" but the family you like but just not that one person. That is exactly how this situation is! Trump(and a bunch of other citizens) hates that group, therefore bands the entire race of people who come from that country. This can hurt my future, not because I plan to go to Japan. But because I plan on bringing my own family with me to the States. And by when that time comes, Trump could still be President. And the laws could be more extreme, not even allowing Japanese people, or anyone that is foreign. Even if a American citizen married a foreigner, and they're not allowed in. That's what I fear that the laws could become. And what does this have to do with economics? No brainer here. If America becomes a secluded country, then every other country would become independent on there own. They would abandon America, because it became selfish. In fact it's happening right now! China, for about 20 years they have been fighting the pressures of trying to work hard for other countries like America. But if suddenly you have a president that is almost very racist towards anyone who isn't American, then all Hell breaks lose. Now I'm pretty sure that Trump isn't racist to those who are Americans, whose outward appearance show them to be Asian, African, South American, Mexican, the list continues down the line till probably the one race he's fine with... anyone who speaks English, and that includes British people. Trump can keep this wall up, but when the other countries stop their supplies for America, Then it will be America that will fall.
